This (woche) articles were very interesting. (Ich) enjoyed reading about fast food and (Bier) especially (denn mein Vater) likes to drink microbrews and I know others who make their own home-brews. (Deutsch Bier) was described as much (besser) than their fast food. (Ich) love pretzels though(und ich) also love (wurst). (Ich) have never had weinerschnitzel (oder) any of the other fast foods the article spoke of (sondern ich) have had a couple of (Deutsh Biere und) loved them. On a side note, the shot at American (Bier) was also funny (denn es ist) so true. American (Bier) kind of sucks on a national brand name level. The article on public drinking was also very interesting (denn es ist) so different from (Amerika). (Hier du trinkst nicht Bier) in public, so the public outcry over the law was very foreign to me. I don't mind our law of no public drinking (aber) for (ein Land) that has held a tradition of public drinking for so long, (ich) can understand why people are upset. The last few articles about (Deutchlands) sense of humor and downer attitude were also cool because so many urban population seem to feel that way, that I couldn't help but draw a comparison to Americans. Lastly the (Deutsch) logic and rationale was refreshing while being somewhat comedic at the same time.
