Gender Gaps and Employment in Deutschland

Ich habe the gender report sehr interesant gefindet. In dem USA, Manner sind slightly besser paid than Frau, much like Deutschland. Ich war nicht surprised, dass Frau worse pay received haben, weil Frau are less likely in management jobs gearbeitet haben. The number of Frau that raised Kinder as single moms was also sehr high. Ich denke nicht it is that high in dem USA aber ich could be wrong. Culturally dem USA und Deutschland seemed zu sein in the same place in terms of women's education and employment in the work force, aber Deutschland seems to have less Frau interested in having Kinder than in dem USA. This is very well represented by Deutschlands sehr low population growth rate. In the future, this could be an issue for Deutschland und ich bin sure the government is aware of this. Another interesant fact war dass there are far more Frau in Deutscland amongst the elderly than Manner. Ich denke this is because of WWII und the gro loss of life that occured. Many other European Lander have the same population breakdown. Overall the similarities between dem USA und Deutschland were striking aber ich war nicht surprised, weil wir a similar Kultur haben.
