Once again, I will continue with my reading of "Id - The Greatest Fusion Fantasy" I'll just get right into it, with chapter 4 (or the second piece of chapter 3, depending on who you ask). I'll be going through another 27 or so pages, so lets get started
Our story opens with our group having entered a small town. Id, our newly renamed hero, is trying on clothes, to the delight of the others. After getting into an argument over the price, Id reveals a red sapphire (ein roter Saphir), as well as some other gems, whose worth he is apparently unaware of, and gets the the shopkeeper to accept it. He also convinces Reindelph to accept him paying, to thank him for saving him in the woods.
Later, at a bar, Lamia informs Id of a few people watching him. Id goes to washroom, and they follow. After preparing to break in, They enter, shouting that they want the gems Id had shown at the clothing store, but Id is nowhere in sight. He appears behind them stepping out of the mens room, revealing that these people as well had mistaken him for a girl. They demand his jewels at knifepoint, but he is dismissive. He is soon rescued by Grey, who seems to mistake the disagreement for more gender-confusion, explaining to the men that Id is, in fact, a man. After thoroughly thrashing the men, he finally understands what's going on, and they leave. That night, Id, though tired, has difficulty sleeping due to the loud snoring of Grey and his dreams of being hit.
This seems to be a good ending point...
Auf Wiedersehen!
